Urban-renewal bill passes first committee in Colorado Legislature

Wheat Ridge city officials are working with developers to revitalize this property at the corner of West 38th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard.

One of the points that the county is making is that even though this bill will give them a seat at the table it does not do anything about their loss of revenue.
